The freshest seasonal vegetables, salads and herbs from our garden to your plate, in perfect harmony with the finest local ingredients… that's the very essence of The Potager. Our Executive Head Chef, John Jewell and his team create delicious seasonal menus using vegetable and herbs harvested from our own kitchen garden. We also work closely with local farmers, specialist butchers and sustainable fishmongers to source the very best local produce. That’s what The Potager is all about… showcasing our bountiful garden and the best produce that the Cotswolds has to offer.
