For all reservations we require 48 hours' notice prior to your visit in the event that you need to cancel or amend your reservation. Notice of amendment/cancellation must be received by 12 noon by emailing fandbmanager@thefalcon-castleashby.com. In the event of a no show or less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge in full for each guest (£30pp for Afternoon Tea, £20pp for Lunch / Dinner). In the instance that we are able to resell the table for equal/more guests than your confirmed reservation, we would be happy to waive the cancellation fee and we will carry out our best efforts to resell the table. We reserve the right to amend our cancellation policy at any time, including peak periods such as Easter, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day and Graduation celebrations. Please note that for all reservations, a card guarantee is required. For bookings made less than 48 hours before your visit, the same cancellation terms apply.
