A credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy for regular service, and a one-week cancellation policy for our Hearth Suppers. If you cancel outside of these respective windows, you will not be charged.

No shows or cancellations made within 48 hours to the day of the reservation will result in a charge of either £50 for lunch, £80 for dinner or the full cost of the Hearth Supper per person.

We will charge the cancellation fee using the credit/debit card used to secure the booking.
